API Tokens sold on this site are digital goods. Once a top-up is confirmed on-chain (USDT transaction confirmed and matched to order amount), the transaction is non-refundable.
If you have sent USDT but the order has not been confirmed within 30 minutes (chain confirmation delay or amount mismatch), please contact support with your transaction hash (tx_hash). We will verify and credit manually.
If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our side (server outage, API failure), you may request a refund for the unused Token portion.
Refunds are returned via the original chain (USDT TRC20) to the original sending address. Processing time: 1-3 business days.
